Shipping & Order Processing Policy

At Allanson Souvenirs, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policies regarding order processing, international shipping, and address accuracy below.

Order Processing Times

  • Monday – Friday (Before 12:00 PM): Processed the same day.

  • Monday – Thursday (After 12:00 PM): Processed the following business day.

  • Friday (After 12:00 PM) – Sunday: Processed the following Monday.

Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is currently out of stock, our team will reach out to you directly via text message with alternative options.

International & Overseas Shipping

  • Customs, Taxes & Tariffs: Any additional duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Contact Details: All required customs declarations will include the email address and phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure these are correct to avoid delays in customs clearance.
